Lending Management

From application to final instalment.

Lending Management covers the credit lifecycle after onboarding: verified income, an explained borrower profile, a portfolio view of risk and early warning on repayments. Each step is an analyst. The officer decides.

INSIDE

Lending Management

  • Bank Statement Analyst

Turns months of statements into a verified income report for the loan file: salary, business inflows, obligations, flags.

  • Borrower Profile Prediction

Before disbursement: the repayment behaviour to expect, an affordability band and suggested terms, with every factor explained.

  • Finance Risk Analyst

Concentration, counterparty and early-warning analysis across the book, written up as a memo with every number traced to its source.

  • Repayment Pattern Analyst

Reads instalment histories to find who pays early, who slips, and the drift that precedes arrears, so collections act early.

Who decides

The officer decides.

Every recommendation has reasons. Profiles, flags and alerts say which factors drove them.
Nothing is recorded unconfirmed. Income reports and decisions attach to the file only after an officer confirms them.
Documents are read once. A statement read for the income report is already there when the borrower profile needs it.

Bring last quarter’s loan files.

We will run a handful through the analysts with your credit team and show exactly where the officer’s judgement comes in.
